University of Guelph

Guelph, Canada

The University of Guelph is located near Toronto, Lake Ontario and Niagara Falls, not far from the US border. The university has roughly 28,000 enrolled students spread across three campuses in Guelph, Toronto, and Ridgetown. The internationally networked KGE partner program “Exploring European Identities” is part of the “European Studies” department, which itself is based in the School of Languages and Literatures. The program has been accepting KGE students since the winter semester 2018/19. Studying in Guelph offers international students a variety of opportunities to set their own academic priorities, and students are flexible in choosing which courses they will visit – areas of focus include “European Identities” and “Research Methods”, among others.
